JONY and the CUP CAKES

Good evening people.. before end this beautiful Sunday, I decide to share with you all what I heard this morning on the chapel. This story was told by priest in his preaching with theme : give with generosity.

"Mommmmm, I got it" with cheerful face and voice, Jony (a third grade student) went inside house and was looking for his mother. He told to his mother about the upcoming school jubilee which will be held six months later. "And the teacher asked me to join the play, Mom.. I'm so happy" said Jony. With pride of her son, the mother asked, "Are you going to be the star?" asked the mother. "Hmm, no mom, the star should be sixth grade student that used to play"..  then the mother asked again, "Oh, then you'll be supporting players, right? don't worry you'll learn from your first play" mother tried encouraged Jony. With cheerful face Jony answered, "No mom, the supporting player should be fourth and fifth grade student, they have more experience" The mother started to confuse then asked again "Are you the dancers? or helping the properties?" And still the answer is "no". Then with glowing eyes, Jony said "The teacher asked me to come for every single practice, I should come earlier than the players, take the front seat and watch the play carefully. When all the players come forward, arm in arm and salute, it's the time when I have to raise up from my chair and give big applause"

Now, we can guess what Jony's role in the play, right?

The mother did not want to let her son down and let Jony did the "role". Short stories, the day was coming. Jony came 15 minutes earlier than others and took the front seat. All the players were starting the play and getting nervous when hundreds people had an eye for them. At the center of play, one player started to make wrong dialogue which followed by others. The play became inconsequential, run of the story, boring, thus spectators (parents and teachers) were doing other things until some of them fell asleep. When the play ended, no one realized that it was over. All the players came forward, arm in arm and saluted. No one cared, no one knew that the play was completed. The players were starting to disappointed and some teachers were tearing at the back stage. Suddenly, there's a boy, sat on the front seat, stood from his chair and clapped loudly. His applause successfully awaken the man besides him, then the man followed the boy to give applause. In less than a minute, all people gave applause and it helped the end of play.

Jony, the "non-player" had saved the play because he did what he-have-to-do with all his heart. Give his time to watch the play twice a week, eight times a month and twenty four times for six months. The same play, the same seat, the same time he always comes earlier and watch the practice carefully. His generosity had completed the play and consoled the players' heart :)

The story tickled me, the feed back from what I give should be measured from how big my heart that I put inside it.

Then, as always, I have something to share here... my cupcake design for birthday girl, Ipin (nickname) on her 20th birthday. Her best and boy friend ordered me set of cupcakes for the surprise. Here it is..
a gift from best friends

lovely cupcake for the lovely one
I just start this cupcake and come up with one flavor, chocolate only. With the fondant? hmm, no, I don't have any basic of handicrafts actually, but, I think I have similarity with Jony, the boy in story above. I made the cupcake with all I have known, what I've learned until yesterday, put my time, energy also my heart there. Thus, proudly present, my fondant cupcakes. I don't know is it deserve to be proud of (the cupcakes) but, I loved what I've done to the cupcakes (and this is the most crucial, agree?).

I haven't get the feed back yet from Ipin, herself, but I hope she had the lovely birthday. Welcome to 20 club, Ipin :D You have family, best-girl friends and boy friend that love you a lot :) so lucky :D

I'm waiting for another project, hope it will be approved soon :D
All these I want to share today,,, again, let's follow our twitter : @bonbontarte

You-know-who(it)

The end of Harry Potter and Deadly Harrows 2 became my inspiration for the title of today's post :)
For you who haven't watched it yet, there's an antagonist character, Lord Voldemort who many times called as "You-know-who" How come he could have that kind of predicate??.. Hmm it sounds like he is very famous, huh? thus everybody does know that who is "You-know-who"

The "You-know-who" must be an "image", same as my wish for bon-bon tarte. Someday, bon-bon tarte should be called as "You-know-it" (i wish).
Before to that point, I want to introduce the bon-bon family "egg tart edition" until now (and there also custom flavors available) :) these photos are dedicated by lovely sweetstuffie production :) much obliged! (=thank you very much)

Connect to the story, i write this post to clarify about bon-bon tarte. Bon-bon means sweet and tarte means cake, therefore, bon-bon tarte is sweet cake. The bon-bon tarte is the entirety (whole) project with egg tart as the pioneer tarte. Now, I'm working on cup cakes, right I'm starting but I'll try my best for every you guys cute-elegant-lovely-wishes cupcakes :D

And now again, follow our twitter: @bonbontarte..

cyaa on the next post (Hint : Cup cakes)

for me, it's a PASSION

May this encourage you..

It starts with the simple question like, "What's your hobby?", then go to another random question like "What's your favorite thing?", then become a serious yet glimpse question like "What's your goal?"

bon-bon tarte

For me, I don't have a certain answer for those three similar questions, but if anyone asked me, "What's your passion?", i'll directly answer, "bon-bon tarte" :D is it exaggerated? hmm maybe yes maybe no. I can't stop thinking about the egg tart, cup cakes, fondant, decorating, and so on. The desire and curiosity about pulchritude (=beauty) that i-can-see on the cake successfully made me delirious (=crazed).

thank you jessica

I've seen another that knows her passion, sweetstuffie. She mesmerized me with her photos and creative instinct. What she'd done just, yes, i super like it.Thank you for the gift, it's so precious:) This become one of the reason to be grateful since I have people that encourage and support me a lot (thanks a bunch for those people, I save you in my heart and God notes your kindness :D)

I think the words are right, "Nothing great in the world has ever been accomplished without passion"- Hebbel quotes. You can stand to do your work, trying to accomplish it soon and voila it's done, but when you forget to impart your passion, then it will just be like-another-man's-achievement. There's nothing will distinguish you with others. People don't like to be judged but they'll find a way to be recognized. The worst is, when you do something with passion, you'll never be crestfallen (=disappointed) because you did it with enjoyment (this what I believe).

See yaa on the next post :)

Ready-made

Bonjour bon-bon chaser :).. may you have wonderful morning and great Saturday's schedule :)

I want to share the tickle.. i've got cute and surely will-be-used stuffs. I liked the most were apron set with oven mitten and pot mat. Simple yet lovely apple motif. Also the colourworks measuring spoon which colored the kitchen tools in my home.

The next picture is Bon-bon diary that recap all the order, together with ready-made name card. Is it eye-cathching ? if the answer is no, then we can stamp it as everlasting name card. With original brown color from sweetstuffie and petite brown ribbon, the cute name card just classic for me :)
